I'm Jennie, a 20 year old student from England

I began this tumblr almost exactly a year ago, when I realised that my lifestyle had become unhealthy and I was overweight.

I lost weight through diet and exercise, also lost a fair chunk through having chicken pox for 2 weeks, and reached my lowest weight right in time for starting my second year at university. Unfortunately, even though I managed to keep it off for the first term, the weight just sneaked back up again. So, here I am once more, trying to get to my goal weight and body composition. I'm still determined to never see my highest weight on a scale again.

I hope you’re all suitably impressed with my dedication to talking about myself some more.

Treated myself to some chocolate today cause I’ve been so good. It was 85% cocoa but I still relish the carby treat.
